Absolute rubbish lying thieving company

Aboslute rubbish lying thieving company this is how incompetent shell are i have been speaking and emailing them for three months now they don’t have a clue and thats why people are being ripped off I myself have had three accounts with shell all owing money at different levels at each account yet I have no contract with them ever and they are still demanding money from me

Incompetence at every level

Incompetence at every level. Passed from pillar to post when trying to sort out “their problem”.
I was requested by my Council to contact Shell Energy and inform them that a “Double Pole Isolator” needed to be installed (electrical).
Shell informed me later that a company ‘SMS’ would carry out the work.
BUT………
Every time (3times) I have been given a date and time of expected arrival of engineer…….it’s been cancelled!
Phone SHELL or SMS and it’s like speaking to a brick wall.
They repeatedly ask what I want???
So, so, so, close to changing Energy Supplier…..

Today was the last straw,

Monday’s engineer has now been cancelled

Way too expensive

The biggest scammers of all the energy suppliers. Our previous supplier went bust and Shell took over. We never expected to pay the gas prices we were paying. We finally moved home and are now with a different supplier. We were billed over £200 just for the last 12 days usage of gas. Over the winter period, we paid a fortune compared to what other people paid.

Obviously shocking why the hell in this day and age I have to speak to people in another country who don’t speak English is a joke !!!!!!!! Ambition and Ability are two very different things when we finally got through to an English speaker called Chris he was really helpful but everything else was beyond a joke. Dispute process and the time it takes is beyond a joke and some f the staff are as much use as a xxxx flavoured lolly pop. The world has quite literally gone mad

Changed app so cannot view usage,,, I wonder why.
Chatbot useless, then emails suggesting delete app, set new password set new everything!!!!
Why? When everything was working fine the day before…
I feel sorry for older folk as they’ve confused me.
Am changing supplier.
