Shell Energy Broad Band! This is a contradiction in terms…as you’d be better served With “Dile-Up! Shell Broadband is slow as Hell! Completely contrived and manipulated speeds shown in adverts. BBand speed will be ok for the first couple of weeks then just goes all to Hell.  You will then call cust service who will be absolutely, adamant that you are a HIGH USER!!… I live alone! and connect only my phone and TV to ‘WiFi’. As it’s so slow, I try to use one or the other…doesn’t help. 20, to 30, minute call waiting, time (20, mins at VERY BEST…and all you will hear is “you’re a very, heavy user! You NEED to upgrade”. Don’t use Shell…dreadful Custservice, dreadful product, with no recourse, when issues arise. (If you’re reading this, you are probably in my distant future and I am long dead…as probably, took decades, to up-load).

Still no contact yet up until recently you were sending me threatening texts nearly every day, perhaps you need to move some staff from issuing threats to dealing with complaints!

This company does not care about…

This company does not care about customers or previous customers who were with first utility for years.
Recently I found a cheque for £249.98 dated 2012 when I was sorting through some paper work. Contacted shell to seek advise, for 2 months they have messed me around.
I out a complaint in and they have closed this as they will not honour the money they still owe me.
Although the three members of staff I spoke to were very nice, customerservices were lacking and just sent emails when I called.
The check in question is where I have over paid by dd.
Absolutely discussed will never use this company the are dishonest.

Bad customer service

What a joke this company is .my mother received a bill for £98.22 for broadband,she hasn’t even got a computer,after been on hold for half an hour finally got someone to answer and explain them selves,it turns out that they have taken over post office telephone and broadband service but forgot to tell us.this is not good enough I wonder out of 450000 customer’s how many were informed.once this has been paid we will be going elsewhere as she only need a phone line and not broadband
