Worst customer service I have ever seen

Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Since the start of April I have been trying to inform Shell Energy Broadband of the death of my mother and their customer services will not answer the phone or read their Emails. Then on Saturday 7th May they send my mother a bill with a due date of Monday 9th May. These people are not fit to operate an essential service. Needless to say, I will not be taking over my mother’s contract.

They don’t deserve the 1 star

They don’t deserve the 1 star. Appalling company. They are clueless. They fob you off. And get this, they have just reduced my monthly DD!?!?!?!? Really? Completely incompetent. In home display doesn’t work (they installed it). Pure planet were amazing, Shell are a disaster. Been trying to sort this for the last couple of months to no avail.

I was switched to Shell in October last…

I was switched to Shell in October last year. I have patiently waited for the transfer to be done however, since March I have had an ongoing query regarding an overpayment to the account. Despite promises to fix this I am still waiting for £100’s to be credited back to my account. I appreciate that business resource may be a challenge but do not promise something you cannot deliver. It is a simple credit to the account and should not take months to fix.
