Once again tried to phone Shell Energy on numerous times, still won’t answer my phone, emailed me again about my complaint to phone them still waiting, incompetent bunch of stupid morons, chimpanzees could do a better job, never go near shell Broadband customer services stinks.

was switched from post office broadband to shell when they took it over and my contract end is going up £13 a month for the same broadband I had before! I also was told the next bill would be for 3 months and would be taken by DD. Not only that I have tried numerous times on the shell web site to get chat and they told me just call customer service. Have tried and all I listen to is music for over 50 minutes so gave up. Impossible to speak to a live person. TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Quite literally shocking. All I want is a bill. I haven’t had one since the 3rd March. I am on a monthly tariff. I have complained and have now opened a Resolver Case and still not getting anywhere. Absolutely shocking.
