Trusted the Post Office, who no longer do broadband services, to transfer me to a decent-quality provider. But as soon as the service moved to Shell the quality instantly plummeted, slow and often barely existent especially at weekends. I really wish I hadn’t agreed to transfer to Shell broadband but having read the avalanche of appalling reviews elsewhere I don’t think I can face customer services, as apparently this does not help!
