Every time I contact customer services, I receive misleading and inaccurate information. I am truly regretting switching to them. Should the switch ever complete, I will seek to move away as soon as possible, and will happily pay any penalties. I feel sorry for those forced onto this firm under the supplier of last resort process.

After I switched from Sky to Shell broadband I’m experiencing either lost internet connection or poor connection wich I hadn’t with Sky.
