Most Evil!
Despite having sent back the router and provided proof of postage/delivery, Shell Energy kept on writing to say I was liable to pay £35 for the ‘unreturned’ router. Having complained THREE (3) times and had the customer service team writing back, assuring me to not worry about it, I then received today a DEBT COLLECTION letter ‘threatening’ me to pay £35 debt that “I OWE”!!!! Flippin egg!!!
