absolutely fed-up

I’m absolutely fed-up dealing with this company. My student daughter lived for one year in a bed sit supplied by Shell energy. I’m authorised to discuss her account.

There have been errors by Shell with starting and ending the account. We asked for a final bill at move out and twice since, no final bill received but did receive a letter from debt recovery company.
I do need to see the final bill given earlier stated errors, it’s not a large amount of money and she is able and willing to settle on receipt of the final bill.

Employing debt recovery without sending a final bill is unbelievable, it has little consequence to shell but will remain on my daughter’s credit score, thank you very much Shell.

I’ve gone through the usual requesting a call back routes, Shell called the wrong number so we missed the slot

SHELL, no need to respond to this review, as already stated I’m fed-up being fobbed off!
