Worst energy company I have ever dealt with

Where do I start

I have recently moved and was going to keep shell energy but then got a bill final bill with an extra 100 exit fee how can they charge you an exit fee if you just want to move the account I hear you ask. Was told by a virtual advisor that someone would ring me in a maximum of 48 hours 4 days later nothing. Tried to complain online wouldn’t submit complaint surprise surprise. Now wrote a letter but they will probably just Chuck it in the bin. Worst energy company I have ever dealt with.

Yet again have I had to contact Shell…

Yet again have I had to contact Shell Energy. This time although on my account summary is correct. The bill online is incorrect and is showing my credit balance as £60.00 short. I am told every time that they will contact the relevant department to get problem resolved.
In my opinion this Energy company is the worst when it comes to customer service for getting incorrect details put right.
As my contract is nearing an end I will certainly have second thoughts about being a Shell Energy customer. People I speak to when contacting them are always apologising for mistakes that is not their fault. Time the management got this company in order and maybe they will get less complaints.

Worst utility company I have dealt…

Worst utility company I have dealt with,
Covid 19
Like millions throughout the lockdown, to protect the NHS we could not travel, and while staying inside to protect the NHS and our family and friends a standing charge built up on an unused energy supply. We explained this to Shell but they would not budge, and are completely entrenched in their stance.

British Gas, SSE and others all agreed to waive these charges, Eon even state they will do this on their website, but Not Shell, they don’t care about the NHS, and saving lives, they were not in the Street clapping the NHS like the rest of us, no they were looking how to profit from it.

There always other places to try might be worth looking around.
Good luck stay safe
