Since the Post Office have sold off their Home broadband and telephone business to Shell the service has gone downhill. I have been blocked from phoning overseas numbers and my internet has slowed right down. As soon as my contract is up I shall be switching to BT. It’s worth paying them the extra to get a reliable service!

Our tariff has gone up £150 a month and…

Our tariff has gone up £150 a month and my daughters has doubled in a small flat. Rang and was told there was no discussion on the rates!!!! Recommended Shell all the time to friends but very dissappointed, customer service was unhelpful and no explanation as to why they had gone up so much, this was before the government hike. Won’t be staying!!!
