Shell Broadband are awful.
They do not deliver speed promised, service fails daily and sometimes numerous times a day.
They are now charging me £240 to exit.
Their customer support is awful with staff who are surly and unhelpful!
Truly awful don’t use them!

Shell Launches ‘The Giving Pump’

HOUSTON — Shell Oil Co. has launched “The Giving Pump” at gas stations across the United States as part of its Force for Good initiative to drive positive change in local communities by giving back. Through Sept. 30, a portion of the purchases made by consumers who use the designated pump at select Shell stations will support local children’s charities. More than 2,900 Shell stations in 45 states are participating in this two-month initiative.

Extremely slow broadband for 10 months, not fixed. I have had slow broadband well below the guaranteed speed for 10 months and Shell Energy have not been able to fix it.
