Terrible customer service

I was with first utility for many years who were excellent until taken over by Shell, who are best described as abysmal

I moved in March contacting Shell many times by phone and e mail since February to arrange trasfer. I couldn’t transfer gas as none in village and shell couldn’t offer Internet transfer.

My power was not transferred despite many phone calls and e mails.
Despite this, in June was told shell would take over only to find out it was the wrong address.

E mailed again many times via 2 e-mail addresses only to be ignored.
Contact made via Facebook which was acknowledged but still waiting for reply.

I told the existing supplier, eon next, in March that I would be going with Shell my existing supplier at previous address and would settle when re-connected rather than a standing order.

I am paying the highest tariff to eon next which was supposed to be short term and almost August and neither connection or explanation.

On my current customer experience I would not recommend Shell Energy!!
