If you want really unreliable broadband , this is the company to go for.
Also great if you want to spend half an hour on hold trying to get through to them

No support for broadband when needed

I have phone and broadband with shell energy as they took the old provider over. Its unreliable and support is only available monday to saturday 8am to 4pm. My phone line has gone down. So i have no phone and no broadband. I only have internet tv so i have no tv either. Its 9pm on saturday so i get no support and cant even report the problem until monday morning. So 48hours plus with no tv or internet or games or phone. The worst provider ever. We rely so much on broadband now a days so its ridiculous that they only supply support monday to friday short office hours. This isnt the first time ive had no internet for the weekend either. It is the last straw. I get you occassionally have phone and internet problems. But every other provider out there gives 24 hour support and fixes it in minutes at most a few hours. Its worth a few pounds more for that service. I have a house of kids with no tv, no xbox, no games, no youtube, no facebook and no internet for the next 48hours. Welcome to my hell.

They lied about things I was unaware…

They lied about things I was unaware of, I’ve not even got my router and its been live since yesterday, avoid like I wish I did…update…since shell energy said someone will be in touch, a whole day has passed and STILL NO ROUTER, avoid this company like the plague, they don’t deliver what they promise to deliver…. but they do still send emails telling you how much you owe them for the month….SELFISH AND GREEDY….update #2 … This aftersales service reminds me of clowns at the circus, clowning around the big top, just not contacting any of their newest unsatisfied customers, AVOID A CONTRACT WITH THESE BOZOS

Shell broadband 0 not good not anybody buy no single every time drops call sent fix man and charger money not any thing this company hand this are third man company only make money I suggested not body buy any one internet this company only used shell company name
