They NEVER ring you back.
Totally incompetent. Advisers are mostly very pleasant, but reading from a sheet with no backup. Had a problem with line and broadband in April, line sorted but broadband still drops out.
Complaints opened and closed by them when you phone to chase.

Threatened to leave since June, now I have done it they are threatening to charge me £281 for breaking my “new?” Contract. I am supposed to have agreed to a new contract in April! Who would agree to a new contract when you have a persistent fault? I have changed all my equipment, apart from the route, they refused to change this, suggesting I buy one, whilst stating “routers do not degrade with age”!!! read more
