Hell!

Hell! I could not not find any other word to describe my experience with Shell Energy. I had been with my previous supplier for years but unfortunately was forced into searching for cheaper electricity as I was struggling to pay the bill after the latest rise.

I could not be happier when Shell Energy offered me a cheaper rate. I even wrote a review expressing my satisfaction with the price and the service I received. But two months later they hit me with a gastronomical bill three times higher than originally arranged that stoned stunned me. The new monthly payment is now way much higher than what I was paying with my previous supplier. In my search for cheaper energy to make ends meet, I have naively fallen into a down spiralled trap with no hope of getting out as I am now to dig deeper into my meagre pension to face their bills. I wrote two complaints but they never replied. So it was all sugar and honey to get my custom and now they did not even have the courtesy to answer my plea and offer any help, they just want the money regardless of the despair and suffering they cause. I could understand such attitude from a small obscure company but from a big company like Shell this is an utter disgrace.
