Internet doesn’t work

Being supplied Internet that doesn’t work at all. Called up to get it fixed and threatened with a £65 engineer charge. Tried to cancel as they wasn’t providing any Internet and being charged £50 for that???. Horrible company avoid!

Miss-Sold, lied too and then threatened with credit references agencies after there error.

Signed up to duel fuel supply for gas and electric, the sales people did an estimate based on the size of home and appliances etc came up with £66 per month, all good for around 4-5 months then I submitted a reading and they put the price down. Suddenly they started taking less for a few months around £45 per month then out of the blue took £200 in one hit from my account then demanded I pay immediately an additional £565. Then get a barrage of threading letters, emails and then a letter saying we changing terms and conditions and we will share your data with Experian and Equifax, which is not terms and conditions changes is a change protecting my Data which I refused. Still being chased and complaint not resolved. Avoid there tactics they are cheats and swindlers and not fit for purpose. I know my bills were estimated but what they want monthly is £60 more a month than I was paying British Gas. I signed up thinking I would save £20 a month when in fact it was a con for £40 a month more.
