I agree with the chap who says he got ripped off by the sea polluters energy company, shell did the same to me and because we left them for a green company they hiked our final bill just short of 400 smakeroonies. No one was even home in that month as we are all key workers.
I wish I could swear in my reviews but unfortunately I’m unable. Stay away from shell energy they draw you in and then over charge you. I don’t even use their gas stations anymore in fact I will never use their gas nations anymore. No you are not as environmental friendly as you make out that’s why you have so many pending law suits. Stay away from these guys. Should be investigated again. Bunch of rip-offs

Still trying to sort out bill after 3 months of trying, absolutely rubbish company!!! would never recommend to anyone!!!!

Wasted appointment

I wasted a morning waiting for an engineer to cap off my gas supply and remove the meter so I could start demolition work. Instead, I got an engineer who told me he’d been booked to install a new electric meter! I made 2 phone calls to Shell lasting at least 20 mins each, explaining to the staff members what I needed and they said they understood. Sorely disappointed.

When I opened account i did not like the password option’s and phoned to say. Was told thats ok so i opened and entered my meter readings on my phone just been told direct debit will increase as i have 9 months left on contract Am still in credit and we are coming to warmer time of year but am being told to login to find why ask in web will not answer
