SHELL ENERGY, WHY ARE YOU SUCH A BUNCH OF LYING, CONNIVING, MIS-SELLING PARASITES? ANYONE READING YOUR CUSTOMER REVIEWS IN TRUSTPILOT WOULD REALISE THAT YOU ARE THE DREGS OF THE GAS AND ELECTRICITY SUPPLY INDUSTRY. WITHOUT YOUR PITIFUL MINIONS FALSIFYING FIGURES AND PROMISING FIXED TARIFFS WHICH DO NOT EXIST YOU WOULD HAVE ABSOUTELY NO BUSINESS AT ALL. YOU DON’T HAVE CUSTOMERS, YOU HAVE VICTIMS, WHO ARE THEN BULLIED AND HARASSED. SHELL ENERGY, YOU ARE WITHOUT DOUBT THE MOST DISPICABLE BUNCH OF PARASITES EVER TO BE INFLICTED ON THE LONG SUFFERING GENERAL PUBLIC. WHILST HAVING PARTED COMPANY WITH SHELL ENERGY AS MY ENERGY SUPPLIER IN JULY 2019, HAVING OVERPAID THEM BY ABOUT £350.00, THEY ARE CHASING ME FOR £196.00. I DO NOT OWE THEM AND NOW SOME THIRD RATE DEBT RECOVERY COMPANY CALLED XXXXXXXXXX RUN BY SOME PUPPET CALLED XXXX IS CHASING ME AND HAS ISSUED AN ACCOUNT IN DEFAULT NOTICE. HOWEVER, FORMAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN REGISTERED AGAINST THE ORGAN GRINDER AND THE MONKEY, TIME TO TAKE THE GARBAGE OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL, TAKE NOTE PARASITES.

Horrendous customer service, tried to charge us hundreds of pounds extra at least 3 times and barely even give you an apology when you point out there mistake.
The worst thing is if people are checking their energy bills as diligently as us, they would just get away with it.
Avoid at all costs. We will be leaving Shell today after giving them several opportunities to sort themselves out.

I have read your response but rather than pass the buck to the Energy Ombudsman why not deal with this complaint yourself surely the failure of your staff to follow your own COVID guidelines endangering customers is clear cut – What do you not understand?

Shocking service only joined them 2 weeks ago took a day of work in the crisis for them not to turn up to instal something but didn’t get any email or text saying they weren’t coming phoned up got a new date to get told 2 hours later that they had to cancel that because it was booked but they picked the day really considering changing back
Ignored official exchange readings
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to switch away before moving in to our house. I am due to pay for a few days on the elec and a couple of weeks of gas usage. That’s fine and I expect.
Despite this short period. Having spoken to them in September (moved in end of Aug), with actual move in readings, and actual switch away readings. They have ignored both!! And estimated to their benefit.
They only just sent me this bill after 4months! It wouldn’t be too bad but after all this time the official reads they had agreed to last year before this bill were ignored entirely!
