DO NOT Use this company!!

DO NOT Use this company!!! Within 2 months of joining them my monthly bill INCREASED by 50% this was after consciously reducing my usage. They will charge a £30 each exit fee for both gas and electric, small price to pay to get rid of this unscrupulous company. DO NOT USE !!!

Shell Energy are out to fleece people

They tried to charge me £358.14 for 7 days of energy usage upon leaving Shell.

The estimate was over 20x the actual use.

Be careful and never pay a bill until you have checked their estimated value against your meter reading.

Imagine you sign up for internet and…

Imagine you sign up for internet and schedule a date and time only to receive your internet months later “Open Reach”,gets blame for such inconvenience. Imagine paying your internet bill and get a text confirming payments received only to start receiving emails demanding payments you’ve already made and when you call up to query this, customer service advise you they don’t know why your receiving emails asking for payments when you’ve cleared your balance. Imagine being in a 18months contract to endure such appalling level of service from an incompetent Ultility company. This clearly shows there’s no standards set for customer satisfaction with Shell Energy and they get to entrap customers in lengthy contract or pay a due amount to terminate your contact early to seek better quality of service. No I wouldn’t recommend a poorly run company to anyone I know to go through the same night-mare am going through with this disgraceful company that shouldn’t be given a license to operate in the first place!!!! I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END! It’s bad enough living through difficulty times am having to also deal with this immoral company…….
