Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service for broadband.

Recent worsening of connection means I’ve had to contact them; waited ages to connect and then they try to blame it on the equipment (which is theirs). I point out this could be an infrastructure issue. Their response was to contact BT. BT say to contact the ISP in the first instance, so Shell have basically tried to avoid responsibility hoping I would back down. I’ll be changing provider.

Have switched to Shell and wished I hadn’t bothered!! Unable to resolve a simple Home Monitor problem!! They are not equipped to deal with on boarding new customers, painful!! Am seeking an alternative supplier , though I was getting somewhere via there Twitter feed ! Then ghosted !!

If you’re working from home, it’s worth paying a bit more for stability.
