Can never get through
Can never get through. Poor service.
Have shell told an 81 year old lies.
My 81 year old mum was in credit by hundreds of pounds and didn’t know. So she planned to swap energy companies. She rang to tell shell energy and was told that if she swapped companies before the new year she was likely to lose her government £140 winter fuel allowance. I have spoken to another energy company and this simply isn’t true. I have made a complaint to shell directly too.
