STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I signed my contract for Fast Fibre Broadband before Christmas and was told that I should be connected by the 6th of January. Rooter etc. arrived in time before the connection date and I followed the instruction to install it. The 6th came and went and I had nothing.

An engineer rang me today to let me know that he could only connect my phone line as the broadband had been cancelled???? So I called cust services again and after 25 minutes spoke to an operator who, put me on hold for another 15 minutes and then another 15 minutes to then not listen to me, not reading my emails correctly (so she did not have all the information) to then blatantly lying to me.

I told her how frustrated I was with the lack of service and she told me that it was MY FAULT not getting in touch with them???? WHAT??? Oh, and I have been billed for a service I so far have not received and was told that I would have to pay it???

These people are a bunch of Clowns who need shutting down.

Missold products

Missold products, can not answer customer support lines and when they do either cut you off or place you on infinite hold. And do not follow up on complaints…

Little support for an older person on a low income

As someone who is older and on a low income I haven’t found Shell supportive. I find them a distressing and difficult organisation to deal with.

Greedy Shell.

Unfortunately, due to their staggering increase in standing charges, I have been forced into now changing my supplier. Currently I am paying £44 per annum for this charge(Gas & Electric). But now their cheapest standing charge is £160 per annum. Sorry, but this totally unacceptable, especially to their loyal customers. Sorry Shell, just stop being too greedy.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. OTHER REVIEWS REFLECT A VERY SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

Really poor experience. DD doubled when moved First Utility became Shell Energy, really poor customer service.

Completely agree with the comment about feeling as this is a crime being committed.

To top this off, I now have to chase up and spend 30min waiting before being able to speak to anyone.

OH Dear!!

OH Dear!!! hold times on the phone not less than 45 minutes, chat queues at 17 plus when you try there and that takes an hour plus to clear.

Shell energy Shameful.

The most incompetent energy supplier I have dealt with. You wait ages to get to speak to anyone who can never help you, they then transfer you to someone else who makes promises they don’t honour and your back on the merry go round once again.

This is the first time I have phoned…

This is THE WORST I’ve ever experienced a company’s customer services. This is not customer service, this is the ABSENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
