Hideous company a total disgrace to the electrical supply industry.

Absolutely NO customer service as they never answer the phone just look at all the reviews that complain about this.

Constantly overcharge and dispite being massively in credit they never refund the money they hold…

I can only assume all their staff wear Stetsons and ride around on horses as they are the biggest bunch of cowboys you will ever have the misfortune to deal with totally incompetent ill-informed and incapable of supplying any help or support.

I’ve got a bottle of red wine that won’t be opened till the 31st of October, why ? it’s the day my contract ends, it will be drunk on that day regardless, either to celebrate everything is working as it should or celebrating moving away from Shell.

Literally the worst energy company I’ve every had the misfortune of dealing with.
I inherited their service with the house I moved into and have moved on as soon as I possibly could.

-Minimum 1 hour wait to get through to someone on all 4 occasions I’ve had to call them (or I’ve ended up hanging up)

Do yourself a favour and do not touch with a barge pole.

i have been waiting on the phone for two hours now. giving up. they have no interest in customer service. just want to speak to someone. they are more than happy to harass for payments and meter readings. this is crazy stuff.

…avoid like the plague, recommended everyone who is having trouble calls the freephone number and blocks the lines, I’m just going to keep calling now to waste their time till they sort it anyone who is putting a positive review on here must work for them as you only have to look at Facebook comments for the hundreds of people who have had random £500 bills in the last few weeks! Can’t be bothered anymore with these muppets suggest you all complain to Energy Ombudsman…

…so annoying to spend hours on the phone with rude staff when I can prove I’ve paid my final bill. Poor customer service, don’t go near this company!

Don’t even think about signing up with these people.

This company is an appalling bad joke and they should stick to selling petrol. They seem to think that just because “Shell” appears in their title they don’t need to try too hard.

Shell energy is by far the worst utilities company I have ever been with. Absolutely appalling customer service. Even when you put meter readings in they still use estimated readings. Stay well clear of this company!!
